Maintenance (Penyelenggaran)

1) Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting system and equipment

2) Running test and interpreting results to make effective recommendations

3) Writing up report, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance plans

4) Providing time and material cost estimates before starting a job

5) Cleanliness of car park surrounding such as sweeping

6) Grass cutting-using company grass cutting

7) Painting of line marking when necessary

8) Painting of bollard, machine and other necessary items

9) Polish, cleaning of signages, booth external area

10) Polish, cleaning of parking equipment external parts

11) Inspection and maintenance of electrical switches, lighting, replace fuse and any other related jobs

12) Any occasional work such as branches pruning, moving booth, store clearance, fixing leaking booth roof and other handy jobs

13) To ensure all wirings and cables are in good condition and tidy

14) Main ID LED display maintenance

15) CCTV review and setup maintenance

16) To ensure all maintenance of parking equipment are managed in proper manner

17) To perform any other duties as directed by your superior and the Management from time to time

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
