**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients via phone or other channels to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information to clients
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with existing clients
- Seek feedback from sales team members and supervisors to improve skills and performance
- To provide ad hoc assistance to the team by handling administrative tasks and fulfilling research requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Sales or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address the needs of clients
- Exhibit teamwork and effectively collaborate to achieve the desired outcomes
- Willing to learn
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout your internship
- Minimum of 4 months internship
- Able to work at Phileo Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible via MRT Phileo Damansara)
- Have own equipment such as phone, laptop or other devices, for work purposes

**Job Benefit**:
