**Working Hour**: 9AM-6PM (Monday-Friday)

**Location**: Kapar
- **Content Creation**: Developing creative ideas and concepts for multimedia content, including videos, livestreams, podcasts, blog posts, social media posts, and other digital content formats.
- **Scriptwriting and Storytelling**: Writing scripts, outlines, or talking points for live broadcasts, prerecorded videos, or podcast episodes. Crafting compelling narratives, engaging dialogues, and informative content to captivate audiences and convey key messages.
- **Video Production**: Planning, filming, and editing video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and others. Using video editing software to cut, trim, add effects, and enhance visual and audio elements.
- **Livestream Hosting**: Hosting live broadcasts, webinars, Q&A sessions, interviews, panel discussions, or virtual events. Engaging with viewers in real-time, moderating comments, and responding to audience questions or feedback.
- **Audience Engagement**: Building and nurturing a community of followers and subscribers through active engagement on social media, livestream chats, and other interactive platforms. Encouraging participation, soliciting feedback, and fostering a sense of belonging among viewers.
- **Interviewing and Guest Hosting**: Conducting interviews with guests, influencers, experts, or industry leaders on live broadcasts or prerecorded content. Researching topics, preparing interview questions, and facilitating engaging conversations.
- **Event Planning and Management**: Collaborating with event organizers, sponsors, and partners to plan, promote, and execute live events, product launches, or special broadcasts. Managing logistics, technical setup, and scheduling to ensure smooth event operations.
- **Brand Integration and Sponsorship**: Integrating brand messaging, products, or sponsorships into content in a seamless and authentic manner. Collaborating with brand partners to create sponsored content or promotional campaigns that resonate with the audience.
- **Performance Analysis and Optimization**: Monitoring performance metrics, audience demographics, and engagement analytics to evaluate content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Adjusting content strategies, formats, or schedules based on data-driven insights.
- **Continuous Learning and Innovation**: Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation, livestreaming, and audience engagement. Experimenting with new formats, platforms, or storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Bukit Raja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
