Air Freight Customer Services

**Requirements**
- Prefer with 1 years of working experience in the air freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and regulatory requirements including INCOTERMS may have the advantage
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work on shift (morning and evening shifts on a weekly rotation)
- **Good in English and Chinese both oral and written communication**
**Responsibility**
- Handle daily operations for both export and import airfreight shipments
- Coordinate the routing of import and export with local and oversea agents
- Track and trace shipments and communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors
- Prepare billing and costing for both export and import airfreight shipments
- Resolve any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies
- Attend to customers' enquiries and advice to customers about possible problems or delays
- Communicate with shippers, vendors, liners, agents & clients and resolve any complaints.
- Work with carrier / co-loader for booking arrangements.
- Handle all custom formalities with the customs and other authorities regarding customs clearance.
- Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS Codes and duty/tax amount.
- Ensure all dangerous goods / hazardous cargo documents are in place and procedures are met with approval from the carrier where necessary.
- Coordinate smooth delivery for consignments/shipments for air or road transport.
- To perform billing and costing timely as per KPI.
- Take charge of supplier’s invoice disputes.
- All other ad-hoc work instructions from the Supervisor / Manager.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
