IT Technician

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Analyse & evaluate system & users’ requirements and make recommendations for IT upgrades.
- Ensure that all computers under company name are using legalized software with proper licenses by conducting periodic audit checks.
- Maintain and review IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions, licenses and contracts.
- Proactively propose suggestions to improve IT systems and operations.
- Proactively identify acquisition opportunities of new innovations for the organisation.
- Daily monitoring of CCTV system. Review recording to investigate any complaints on security matters.
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the IT networks and system components.
- To carry out any other assignments assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Possess a minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with end-user computing, server management, network management is a must.
- Knowledgeable of best practices in general IT and end user support.
- Experience in programming languages would be a strong advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
