**1. Content Strategy & Planning**
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, seasons, and trends (e.g., summer collections, festive wear).
- Research and identify trending topics and fashion styles within the target demographic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.

**2. Content Creation**
- Create engaging content formats including:

- **Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and Posts**:

- **Content videos** (hauls, styling tips, behind-the-scenes, style guides, trend forecasts)
- **Pinterest visuals** and mood boards
- Write compelling captions, copy, and fashion descriptions.

**3. Visual Production**
- Coordinate or handle fashion photography and videography (product shoots, model shoots, flat lays).
- Style outfits and accessories for shoots to showcase latest collections.
- Edit visuals and videos to match brand aesthetic using tools like Canva, Lightroom, VN, CapCut and other tools.

**4. Influencer & Brand Collaboration**
- Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers, stylists, and bloggers.
- Organize gifting campaigns, influencer takeovers, or co-created content.

**5. Social Media Management**
- Post and schedule content across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Monitor engagement (likes, shares, comments) and community interaction.
- Stay active in trends like challenges, hashtags, and viral audio.

**6. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion).
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving content strategy.
- A/B test different types of content for effectiveness.

**7. Brand Representation**
- Be a face or spokesperson for the brand, if needed, in videos or live sessions (e.g., styling tips, Q&A).
- Attend or cover fashion events, pop-ups, or launches for content purposes.

**8. Product Marketing**
- Promote new arrivals, bestsellers, and restocks.
- Create content that highlights product features, fits, fabrics, and styling versatility.
- Support campaign launches (e.g., holiday drops, collabs) with tailored content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
