Evaluate preventive plan maintenance carried out by the team.
To assist Facilities Manager & Building Chargeman coordinate building operation, maintenance and repair activities
To verify all the services including Routine Inspection, PPM services, & defects rectification.
Prepare schedule for preventive maintenance (PM) and system breakdown maintenance (BM).
Ensure all site safety compliance are met as part of daily responsibility and expectations.
Maintain good housekeeping in all buildings, ensure good safety practice and also safe custody of keyst tools, documentation, equipment and other properties belonging.
Supervising ground staff, sub-contractors, including safety briefing and preparing work permit for contractor.
Scheduling contractors and employees.
Providing training for building employees as needed.
Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access.
Prepare reports and document project activities and data.
Follow up with client to ensure quality of service and overall levels of satisfaction
Write daily shift reports done by Mechanical, Civil & Electrical technicians

**Job Requirements**:
Degree in Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management with at least 5 years of working experience
Possess at least 3 years of working experience
Possess good communication skills, decision making and analytical skills
Proactive and committed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
