**Job Title**: Sales Advisor (Automotive)

**Location**: Pasir Mas, Kelantan

**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and build strong relationships by understanding their automotive needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Provide accurate product information, including pricing, warranty, and financing options.
- Assist customers with test drives and ensure vehicles are presented in excellent condition.
- Negotiate sales prices and close deals in alignment with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong database of prospects.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer retention.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and vehicle display standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for cars.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financing and insurance processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,625.71 - RM1,700.00 per month
