Role Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a mental health care environment? We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our growing psychiatric clinic team, where patient care, communication, and attention to detail are top priorities. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing mental health care, medication administration, nursing assessments, and psychiatric care services.

Company Description:
We are a mental health centre offering comprehensive psychiatric and psychological services and treatments. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, staff nurses, and clinic assistants.

Work Locations:
Dr. Nor Hamidah Specialist Clinic (Gleneagles Hospital KL) & NH Edu-Health Centre (Setiawangsa)

Requirement:

- Willing to Work On Weekends (Saturday)
- Monthly Job Rotation Between 2 Centres (15 mins apart)

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Nursing
- Registered Staff Nurse with valid APC.
- Punctual
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience in dealing with mental health cases.
- Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatry skills
- Knowledge of Mental Health and Mental Health Treatment (including medicine).
- Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist psychiatrist during consultations and clinical procedures.
- Manage patient appointments and follow-ups effectively.
- Dispense and monitor psychiatric medications accurately.
- Update and maintain psychotropic drug book in compliance with KKM guidelines.
- Handle administrative tasks related to patient care and medication inventory.
- Communicate clearly with patients and families, with empathy and professionalism.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team across two clinics.
