Executive, Operations

A Retail Executive, Operations is needed for efficient retail operations, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service. Collaborating with departments, optimize processes, drive business growth, and achieve sales KPIs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
- Greeting Customers and to provide excellent customer service to promote and upsell store products according to customer needs.
- Ability to manage payments via POS transactions and responsible for cash receivables.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Conduct regular store inspections to assess cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
- Address any operational issues promptly and implement solutions to improve overall performance.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide feedback to support employee development and growth.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profitability while minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and finance, to support business initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align operational activities with company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field with minimum 2 years of related working experience in retail operations.
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and development.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- **Must be wiling to work in KLIA airport.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
