**_Job Role_**
- Protects and conserves a business’s resources and accurately reports on its financial position.
- Manages the finance organization efficiently.
- Provides the right information at the right time to support business execution.
- Supports executives moving the company toward its mission and goals with financial information and analysis.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Monitor and ensure deadlines are met.
- Timeliness in closing and reporting of financial statements, reports and etc.
- Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations in group financial statements, group consolidation and annual reports.
- Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.
- Creating and monitoring company policies, processes and internal controls.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

**_Requirements_**
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
- Preferably a member of MIA.
- At least 5 years working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.
- Possess experience in auditing firm and in taxation and GST
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
- Possess skills in communication, presentation, leadership and computer literacy.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
