**Responsibilities**:

- AO Chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga **- Check and inspect electrical facilities to ensure that they are effective and safe to be used for operation.
- Check and inspect machines or equipment condition daily to ensure that they are effective and safe for usage.
- Take meter reading for low tension to monitor the electrical consumption and other relavant comsuption such as gas, water, solar energy etc.
- Assist to trouble shooting, electrical faults or problems, repairing, servicing, maintenance and installation works.
- Assist to check air compressor condition daily and in charge of its maintenance.
- Assist to do maintenance service for air conditioning, firefighting system, AHU cooling syster, air condition, water pump, solar hot water system, solar energy system, vacuum pump and all operation facilities company from time to time.
- Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines
- Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy
- Assist Safety & Health committee to coordinate safety activities and in enforcing safety rules and regulations.
- Conduct internal audit for occupational safety & health, fire safety and ISO, FSMS( food safety management system).
- Willing to work on odd hours especially during holidays, weekends, nights and,attend to call back for maintenance as and when necessary.
- Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.
- Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and store equipment are working in a good conditions
- Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan
- Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines
- Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy
