**ROLE**: Surgical Technologist

**LOCATIONS**:
1) Shah Alam x 2 openings

2) Johor Bahru x 1

3) Kota Kinabalu x 1

**REPORTING TO**: Team leader

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To support and coordinate the growth of Medical Device and Surgical business. Prefer to have education or experience in Nursing / Bio medical engineering / Science.

Familiar and passion in health care is advantageous.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)**

1. Number of surgery cases.

2. Customer Feedback and Ratings.

3. Operational efficiency. Operational Accuracy.

4. Completing Task and Projects on time or ahead of schedule.

5. On-schedule reporting and compilation of reports

**ORIENTATION PROCESS**

1. Internal orientation and training.

2. Training from Principles (Local and Overseas).

3. On-the-job training.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Disciplined, self-starter and able to work as a team member with minimum supervision.
- Required skill(s): Have basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and have good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ownership of a Car.
