- Proactive, independent, and outgoing.
- Required Language: Mandarin/Cantonese, English & Bahasa, **fluent in spoken and written**.
- Must be computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), and PowerPoint presentations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate information.
- Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills.

Job description:

- Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
- Ensuring all products are displayed attractively and neatly, and that promotional materials are readily available.
- Build relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options.
- Staying up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Creating a positive and engaging experience for customers, promoting the company’s brand and values.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
