Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource use.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to ensure timely output.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. Implement quality assurance procedures and corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze production output to ensure targets are met. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to manage raw materials and finished goods effectively, minimizing waste and ensuring a smooth production flow.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production area. Maintain documentation and reports related to production processes and compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from staff and implementing Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in production management within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in manpower management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA) is preferable.
- Experience with handling products output, especially output to overseas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
