**Position Overview**:
Our client is a leading multinational retailer with a strong presence in Malaysia and across Asia. They are seeking an experienced and people-focused **HRBP** to lead the HR function at a store level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fair remuneration practices.
- Drive learning and development, diversity initiatives, and talent pipelines to strengthen business competence.
- Supports managers in performance appraisals, leadership development, and building a culture of engagement and job satisfaction.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven HR management experience in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Leadership and coaching skills to develop managers and employees.
- Experience driving diversity, learning, and talent development programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
- High integrity, resilience, and commitment to company values.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
