**Join Our Team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager**

**What You'll Be Doing**:
1) Budgeting and 5-Year Projections
- Prepare annual budgets and 5-Year Projections with detailed key drivers.
- Align budget numbers with Category/LOB’s strategic priorities and business plans.
- Conduct sanity checks on existing or potential market trends.
- Build dynamic financial models to analyze and evaluate revenue potential for new businesses and products.
- Ensure budget and business projections are clearly communicated to management and investors.

2) Forecasting
- Work closely with Category/LOB Leads on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Forecasts.
- Consolidate Forecasts submitted by Category/LOB Leads.
- Perform sanity and reasonableness checks on numbers to ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Build dynamic financial models to analyze and evaluate revenue potential for new business and products.
- Ensure Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Forecasts are clearly communicated to management and investors.

3) Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare periodic reports, comparing actuals to budget, quarterly forecasts, and prior year results.
- Highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variances in a robust manner.
- Drive solutions and demand actions to address any unexpected variances or gaps.

4) Management Information System (MIS)
- Ensure data is available for extraction and turn it into readable and presentable Dashboards.
- Champion and drive report automation through tools or Robotics Process Automation (RPA) to manage increased volume without increasing headcounts.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams and other departments to ensure data accessibility.

5) Business Partnering
- Assist Category/LOB leads in performing financial simulations and modeling for new business initiatives.
- Conduct sensitivity and what-if analysis to aid decision-making.

6) Process Improvement and Ad-Hoc Assignments
- Lead or assist in implementing advanced technologies and software to improve financial planning, reporting, analysis, and controls.
- Work closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive continuous process improvement and best practices.
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments as needed.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Math (a professional accounting qualification is a plus).
- At least 8 years of experience in accounting firms and the e-commerce or financial services industry. Experience in finance for a loyalty program industry is a plus.
- Agile and able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, positive, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
- A team player who can work independently and is self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Innovative, with a passion for solving problems and inspiring others.
- High level of creativity and experience conducting independent research.
- Strong project management skills to execute special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Able to work quickly and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills at all levels within an organization.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides (experience with Google Data Studio is a plus).
