**Job Title: Telesales Consultant (Insurance)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products, including life, health, or other types of coverage based on the client’s needs.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Leverage your understanding of insurance products and services to provide accurate information and expert guidance to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and product changes.
- **Customer Consultation**:
Listen to customer needs, assess their requirements, and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Tailor product offerings based on customer profiles and preferences.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
Work with provided leads or generate new prospects through referrals, networking, or research. Qualify leads based on their interest and potential to convert to sales.
- **Sales Targets & KPIs**:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and call quotas. Strive for high conversion rates from initial inquiry to closed sale.
- **Follow-ups & Relationship Building**:
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, providing additional information or clarification as needed. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to enhance retention and referrals.
- **Customer Support**:

- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Accurately record all customer interactions, sales, and activities in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.
- **Cross-Selling & Upselling**:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs and profiles.
- **Compliance & Ethical Selling**:
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical sales practices. Ensure transparency and clear communication with customers throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **High School Diploma** or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- **Minimum 6 months of experience in the insurance field** (sales experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **insurance products** and the industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English**is preferred.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
