IT Support

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Part 1 -Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs**_
- _Perform daily off site & Onsite backup and ensure backup media keep in designed location._
- _Support daily operation in HQ and POS administration, configuration and installations which include POS, PC, Laptop, Tablet, Network and WIFI access._
- _Managed record of Hardware and Software licenses._
- _Coordinate with ERP and POS vendor on issues reported on software_
- _Assist in roll out project and follow up documentation and procedures with vendors._
- _Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management._
- _Ewallet, Credit card and Other Payment Gateway Application Process._

- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Keen operation sense with full understanding of each department role and needs_
- _Sharp observation skills_
- _Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills_

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:
