The Retail Assistant is responsible for customers’ ultimate experience with the company by delivering effective and efficient services to all customers.

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**
- Responsible to receive stock, cashier, stock count, stock top up, price labelling, stock display and perform end-of-day cleaning duties.
- Responsible in FIFO and restock depleted or low shop items by ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
- Accurately complete receiving/returns of stocks in line with SOPs.
- Able to assists customers in locating desired shop items, fill up consignment notes, send parcels.
- Inform customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Handle customer's request professionally.
- Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till.
- Perform cashiering duties in line with Cash Handling policy.
- Deputise to manage the retail in the absence of retail supervisor.
- Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.

**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail operation.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Ability to converse, good personality, positive, “honesty”, mathematic ( able to calculate )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
