**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical expertise to support **Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure especially using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM,** and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractual obligations, established technical standards that support complex business needs in accordance with ITSM process (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Release and Capacity Management).
- A broad understanding of the latest developments in technologies, industry specific issues, competitor and vendor activity and initiatives.
- Integrates technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and for customers.
- Contribute to quality and productivity improvement projects, providing analysis of information and documentation.
- Understand a customer's complex organizational structure and support processes, with multiple regions, countries, sites, contact points, processes, people, cultures, etc.
- Provide training and documentation on area of expertise and new technology.

**Education and Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience within IT operations of infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user support.
- Professional certification such as **Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Power Platform**will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT N2 or BJT J2 (advantage).
- Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Independent and able to work with less or no supervision
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high pressure environment
- Work flexibly based on business requirement
