Responsibilities: Able to liaise and deal with government officials, partners or any other parties for event planning. Key person to deal with local suppliers on event planning, example risk management team, venue PIC and etc Direct dealing with purchasing department on sourcing of raw materials and sourcing for local suppliers on set up. To assist and advise the event director to formulate plans and policies. In charge of Press Conference for the event. Assist in data tabulation (Overall Costings / Revenue/ P&L) Requirements: Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication studies, or related field. Min two (2) years working experience in event management. Good interpersonal, written and spoken communication skill, presentation skill, and leadership skill. Enjoy interaction with different level of people, self-motivated and independent. Working in fashion or relevant industry would be added advantage. Good understanding about social media and online platform.
