Protege - Procurement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Support procurement officers in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
- Help manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Participate in procurement planning, market surveys, and quotation analysis.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with inventory and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
- Help prepare reports on procurement activities, spending analysis, and supplier performance.
- Perform administrative duties and data entry tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
