**Working Hours**: Tuesday to Sunday (3.00pm - 12.00pm)

**Responsibilities**:

- Menu planning
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. - Ensure the quality of food and ingredients, inspecting supplies, and monitoring sanitation practices
- Execute recipes precisely and adhere to cooking instructions.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including chopping, mixing, and seasoning.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, following food safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, checking stock levels and notifying the manager of shortages.
- May assist with special requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Discipline and can follow orders thoroughly
- Work well in team
