**Job Title**: Senior CNC Machine Programmer

**Department**: Manufacturing / Engineering
**Reports To**: Director
**Location**: Taman Cemerlang Industrial
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**1. CNC Programming and Operation**
- Develop, write, and test CNC programs for various machining operations using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling and turning machines.
- Ensure programs are optimized for efficiency, tool life, and quality.

**2. Production Planning & Scheduling**
- Plan and schedule machining operations based on production priorities and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of machining jobs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for programs, setups, and production logs.

**3. Supervision & Team Leadership**
- Supervise and mentor CNC machine operators.
- Provide training and support on best practices for machine operation and safety.
- Monitor performance, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with production standards.

**4. Quality and Continuous Improvement**
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Work closely with QA and engineering to resolve non-conformances.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Proven experience in production scheduling and team supervision.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
