Assist in data entry, documentation and administrative work in Purchasing Department.
- To maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation.
- Manage and assist in general clerical works requested by superior as and when required.
- To receive Material Request (MR) from sites weekly.
- To key-in data on goods receipt in UBS system.
- To record movement of the site tools including servicing and repair.
- To manage and issues inventory of PPE, consumables items and others.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel
- 1 Internship position available for 3 months.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
