- As a Community operation specialist you will join Lazada Content Product team responsible for shaping and executing Lazada’s content experience, drive diversified and safe content on the platform to attract and retain users. Together we can build an e-commerce content ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.Reporting to the Head of Content product operation team, you are responsible for managing a large group of a diverse range of creators using a 1-to-many mass management approach to nurture and develop creators in the designated categories. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create captivating campaigns and content that generates interest and drives sales. You will also grow with us - Lazada’s focus is on creating career paths within the organization that ensure you will be able to continually enhance your own career prospects.**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively incubate a diverse range of creators for quantity and quality growth
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams (marketing, commercials, etc.) to drive strategic community growth in both creator numbers & content ecosystem
- Track, analyze and optimize the performance of community development efforts including community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, video views and user growth
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority emergency cases that may arise.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, data analysis, and problem-solving, enjoys communication with partners, and delivering daily support with a strong user-driven mindset
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with the e-commerce content ecosystem and/or social media content landscape of SEA will be advantageous
- Fluent in English
