Job Title: Tooling Supervisor / CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities
- Supervision & Leadership: Manage a team of tooling technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet production and safety standards.
- Tool Maintenance & Optimization: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of tools and equipment, ensuring they function at peak efficiency.
- Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate tooling schedules to align with production needs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- CNC Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD) to produce parts to precise specifications
- Setup & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other related machinery
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machining issues, optimizing tool paths and machining strategies for quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related for this position
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of tooling, machining, and equipment maintenance. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in G-code programming, CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks), and knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven experience managing teams, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing complex tooling processes.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions.

Job Title: Milling / Turning / Grinding / Wirecut / EDM / Superdrill Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and adjust milling / turning / grinding / Wirecut / EDM / Superdrill machines to produce parts to precise specifications.
- Tool & Fixture Selection: Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters to optimize production and efficiency.
- Tooling Selection & Optimization: Select tools based on material and design requirements, adjusting speeds and feeds for optimal results.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating machines, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with milling machinery, ability to read drawing, and strong understanding of machining tolerances.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in following specifications and conducting inspections.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve machining issues efficiently.
