- Working Location: Commonwealth
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $2,500 + Allowance + OT + Up to 2 months of Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision parts in accordance with specifications.
- Retrieve job-related information such as job routings, part drawings, tool lists, work instructions, and in-process inspection sheets. Perform change-over activities, including machine preparation from previous job setup to new job setup.
- Manufacture the first part following the process instruction and ensure it meets quality standards.
- Document manufactured quantities using the ERP system.
- Inspect and document parts according to in-process inspection sheet requirements.
- Troubleshoot parts when issues arise and execute corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Engineering department to continuously improve machining processes.
- Train CNC Operators as needed on job-related tasks and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and safety procedures are strictly followed.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in setting up and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings and a solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls is highly preferred.
- Competency in using measuring tools and gauges for precision inspection.
- Familiarity with Master-CAM Programming and high-speed CNC machines is an advantage.
