**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: SPM, Certificate, or Diploma.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Personal Traits**:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and professional attitude in receiving and following instructions from management.
- Ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to stay at the hostel (if required) and be available to assist students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**(Technician)**
- **Maintenance & Repairs**:
- Attend to daily complaints and perform general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify issues in equipment and systems.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and hardware.
- **Response & Efficiency**:
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other team members and contractors as needed.
- **Ad-hoc Duties**:
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
**(Warden )**
- **Security & Safety**:
- Monitor hostel security and collaborate with the security team to ensure safety measures are in place.
- **Room Inspections & Cleanliness**:
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and orderliness are maintained.
- **Conflict Resolution & Crisis Management**:
- Mediate conflicts and resolve disputes between students in a fair and amicable manner.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including accidents, health issues, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain records of incidents and escalate to management when necessary.
- **Liaison & Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the Student Affairs Department to address student needs and concerns.
- Coordinate with parents, guardians, and institution staff regarding student-related matters.
- Organize hostel-related activities to create a positive and inclusive environment.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
