**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content in Mandarin, including articles, social media posts, and video scripts.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to create a content calendar that aligns with our clients' goals and audience interests.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, topics, and themes that are relevant and engaging to Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Ensure all content is grammatically correct, culturally appropriate, and consistent with the company’s tone and style guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, video editors, and META Ads Specialists to produce attractive content that enhances the overall user experience.
- **Audience Engagement**: Response to client's feedback and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve future content.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- **Content Creation Experience**: Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a digital media environment.
- **Cultural Understanding**: Deep understanding of Mandarin-speaking cultures and markets, with the ability to create content that resonates with these audiences.
- **Writing Skills**: Excellent writing skills, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and style.
- **Research Skills**: Ability to conduct thorough research and identify trending topics.
- **Collaboration**: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative content ideas.
- **Attention to Detail**: Highly detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing skills.
- **Education**: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
