As a versatile member of our team, you'll be the friendly face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while representing our values and promoting our products. Your responsibilities include:

- **Customer Service & Engagement**: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing assistance throughout their shopping journey. Engaging with customers to promote products, share information, and encourage sales.
- **Product Knowledge & Demonstration**: Having a good understanding of our products or services to effectively answer customer questions, make recommendations, and conduct product demonstrations.
- **Stock Management & Merchandising**: Keeping shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Replenishing merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
- **Cash Handling & Transactions**: Operating cash registers, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash and card payments in accordance with store policies.
- **Brand Representation & Relationship Building**: Serving as the face of our brand, embodying our values, and fostering positive relationships with customers. Building rapport, gathering feedback, and relaying information to management for improvement. You will be needed for social media videos and promotions as well as making shorts.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and enhancing brand loyalty. Join us in delivering exceptional service and promoting our brand to new heights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Student job

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
