**Working Hours**:Rotation basis included weekend & public Holiday

**Responsibilities**:
The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

**What will you do as a telesales agent?**
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

**Necessary skills**:

- Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice
- Selling skills, closing sales
- Ability to handle
- The ability to grasp customer psychology
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Attitude and qualities**:

- Honesty, enthusiasm for work
- Passion for making money;
- Perseverance, determination to learn non-stop - Love consulting and sales work

**Job requirements**:

- Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out)
