Install and maintain **Intrix One Tap** at customer premises.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Act as the main contact for technical inquiries and escalations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Attend sales order installations and maintenance as needed.
- Travel to customer sites when required.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians (both internal and outsourced) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee warehouse operations.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and return unit registration.
- Support internal departments (CS, QAQC, Sales) with technical inquiries.
- Recruit installers, particularly outside the Klang Valley, either as internal hires or outsourced technicians.
- Handle data entry tasks, including **collecting OT and reward scheme details** for technicians and submitting them for management approval.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum SPM qualification** or higher with 2-3 years of technical experience (electrical, groundwork, plumbing).
- Proven ability to provide **technical support and troubleshooting** expertise.
- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues.
- Willing to travel, including a **compulsory 2-week training** at Kota Damansara, Selangor, upon employment.
- Experience in supervising and monitoring a team of technicians to ensure efficiency.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
