**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Interpret _data_, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Plan, develop, upskilling training sessions to Direct Labor employees.
- Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
- Compile and publish training metrics.
- Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and possible process. efficiency improvements to production management.
- Participate in SGA / Kaizen activities.
- Producing dashboards, including graphs, tables, and other visualizations.
- Creating presentation decks using PowerPoint (or similar) and able to present.
- Providing written reports of your findings.
- Producing dashboards, including graphs, tables, and other visualizations.
- Able to operate training system.

**Qualifications** REQUIRED**:

- Degree or Diploma in business administration, commerce, management**or equivalent.

**PREFERRED**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.

**SKILLS**:

- Result oriented with strong sense of urgency and commitment.
- Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft excel.
- Self-starter and quick learner.
- Excellent clarity when handling small parts.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Lean Sigma certified will be an added advantage
