**Job Responsibilities:

- Perform machine/tools/jigs maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot the machine/equipment whenever there are any breakdowns.
- Plan and schedule machine preventative maintenance (PM).
- Responsible to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per schedule for machines/equipment.
- Record and document maintenance activities such as SOP, PM, calibration report, machine manuals and technical drawings.
- Manage the maintenance action requisition form and perform task based on priority basis.
- Maintain the tooling in the production line and perform monthly tooling cycle count.
- Ensure the stock for spare part is sufficient.
- Create TPM checklist and SOP for machine/power tools.
- Report any breakdowns to superior and preventative action.
- Lead improvement projects (PDCA, Why-why analysis) and cost saving projects.
- Monthly report.
- Monitor and supervise all work performed by outside contractors is done properly.
- Follow up with supplier on machine/tooling parts.
- Perform facilities repair (minor repairs) at factory (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary).
- Ensure 6S are maintained.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the company’s management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- A1 Certificate (preferred)
- AO Certificate (preferred)
