**1. Inspection Support**
Assist the Inspector/Lead Inspector in conducting inspections, ensuring proper use and availability of materials and equipment.

**2. Equipment Maintenance**
Responsible for daily cleaning, upkeep, and safe handling of inspection tools and reporting any damage or shortage to the superior.

**3. Operational Readiness**
Ensure inspection consumables are prepared in advance, with no misuse during operations, and support efficient execution of inspection tasks.

**4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance**
Actively participate in HSE training, adhere to safety procedures, and contribute to maintaining a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.

**5. Communication & Reporting**
Update superiors regularly on progress, report potential issues, and seek clarification when expectations or procedures are unclear.

**6. Administrative Coordination**
Coordinate with the Office Administrator on scheduling, HR matters, and ensure timely participation in annual policy refreshers and trainings.

**7. Initiative & Continuous Improvement**
Proactively identify opportunities to improve work processes, align with company goals, and promote operational excellence.

**8. Team Collaboration**
Work collaboratively with inspectors and HSE teams, supporting inspection operations and contributing to a productive, safe, and compliant workplace.

Qualification:

- SPM or Diploma in Welding or Engineering
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HSE and Quality / QAQC concept
- Willing to learn, adaptable and pro-active in daily tasks

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)
