**Role Overview: As Product Owner for the ESS team, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and guide the team to deliver impactful solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and end-users to ensure ESS products are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with Experian's strategy.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Gather and prioritize product requirements from business and technical stakeholders.**:

- ** Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with ESS goals.**:

- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.**:

- ** Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics.**:

- ** Facilitate regular backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.**:

- ** Ensure user stories are clear, inclusive, and actionable for the development team.**:

- ** Advocate for user experience, accessibility, and continuous product improvement.**:

- ** Track product performance and gather feedback for future enhancements.**

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.**:

- ** 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.**:

- ** Reporting to your Lead Product Owner**:

- ** Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.**:

- ** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**:

- ** Experience working with cross-functional teams.**:

- ** Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.**:
