**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for assisting the Head of the Outlet in managing the operations.
- Responsible for all day to day operations and restaurant including matters pertaining to the department including overall manpower planning, maintaining of service standards and production quality.
- **Financial**_

1. Keep close check on projected budgets and forecast to achieve the same.

2. Ensure cost efficiency in the catering operations and restaurant.

3. Ensure Manpower planning, rental, casual wages requirements are within the allocated budget.
- **Operational**_

1. Plan and implement strategies for further growth.

2. Co-ordinate and plan confirmed functions for the week and communicate closely with the Sales & Marketing Team and Head of The Outlet and other Departments to ensure effective and smooth execution of functions

3. Conduct periodical meetings with Supervisors/Service staff to gain customers’ feedbacks for corrective and preventive measures and improve team performance. To communicate feedback to the Heads of The Departments for correction action.(if any)

1. Ensure that staff are aware of proper use and maintenance of all caterings and restaurant’s equipment and their cleanliness.

2. Ensure all catering and restaurant’s equipment are inventories and maintained well at all times including proper packing etc.

3. Ensure a strong and adequate workforce for a smooth day to day operation.

4. Attend the Department Head’s meeting and to report on Operational performance.

5. Train and guide the Operations’ team on the Catering and Restaurant Policies to strengthen their Operational and Product knowledge.

6. Act as management representative in ensuring Quality Management of the Operation Team
- **Employees**_

1. Report for duty punctually, be well groomed, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times in order to set a good role model for all employees.

2. Consult on a daily basis the Employee Notice Board for information.

3. Implement all Operating Standard in compliance with directions given and to strive for the quality objectives.

4. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues / employees and with that of other departments so as to maintain a good productive working environment.

5. Ensure that good communication line is maintained with colleagues and/or subordinates.

6. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

7. To have a thorough and complete understanding of the Company’s **Employee Handbook** and adhere to the regulations stipulated at all times as well as to the SOPP.
- **General**_

1. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by Management.

2. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
