**工作职责, 要求和资格:**
- 处理生产部门的日常工作。
- 为客户订单执行数据输入并创建生产工作订单。
- 签发交货单(DO),包装货物并安排交货。
- 库存监控并保持所有项目和原材料的最新记录, 更新产品目录。
- 订购生产部门的工具和配件,确保库存充足。
- 在需要时执行上级分配的临时任务和职责。
- 必须至少拥有 SPM/“O”水平或同等学历。
- 精通电脑,能够很好地理解和掌握 Microsoft Office 和会计软件。
- 良好的沟通和书写技巧。 精通英语、马来语和华话。 优先考虑精通华语的应聘者,由于该职位需要将中文数据输入系统。
- 有进取心,积极主动,能够独立工作。
- 最好可以立即开始或在短时间内开始工作。
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling day-to-day tasks for Production department
- Perform data entry for customer order and create production work order.
- Issue Delivery Order (DO), packing goods and arrange for delivery.
- Stock monitoring and maintain up-to-date record for all items and raw material.
- Order production tools and accessories, ensure sufficient stock.
- Entry item code and update product catalogue.
- Liaise with customer and interdepartmental related to operation matters.
- Provide clerical support, maintain up to date documentation and company database
- Perform ad-hoc task and duties assigned by superior as and when required.
**Job Requirements & Qualification**:
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good behavior, disciplined & good communication.
- Able to work overtime (for special occurrence).
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
