**Responsibilities**:
Carry out sewing, mending, and alterations of staff uniforms, guest clothing, and hotel linen.
Maintain proper inventory of uniforms and ensure timely repairs to meet operational needs.
Assist in fitting staff uniforms and making adjustments as required.
Ensure all tailoring work is done neatly, accurately, and on schedule.
Handle and operate sewing machines and other tailoring equipment safely and effectively.
Work closely with the Laundry team to support smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the sewing/tailoring area.
Uphold Shangri-La standards of service and quality at all times.
**Requirements**:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in tailoring/sewing, preferably in hospitality.
Skilled in handling sewing machines, cutting, and tailoring.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce neat, quality work.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests.
Team player with a positive attitude and service-oriented mindset.
