**About Us**:
JPM is the biggest private car collector in Malaysia, known for our passion for extraordinary cars. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of this landmark event. This role will play a key supporting function across multiple workstreams, with primary responsibility for Logistics & Operations — including floor plans, venue coordination, catering, equipment, and vendor management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Logistics & Operations (Primary Focus)**:

- Assist in planning and executing all logístical aspects of the conference and exhibition
- Coordinate venue setup, floor plans, booth layouts, catering, registration counters, security, and technical requirements
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and venue management
- Maintain event production schedules and track deliverables
- Support on-site operations during setup, event days, and teardown

**Cross-Segment Support (As Needed)**:

- Collaborate with the Conference, Marketing, Delegate Management, Protocol, and other teams leads to ensure cohesive execution
- Help compile documentation, timelines, and status reports across teams
- Monitor and update project management tools, task trackers, and shared files
- Participate in coordination meetings and follow up on assigned action items

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event/project coordination, preferably in large-scale or government-related events
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to multitask across various areas with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, partners, and team leads
- Comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin added advantage)
- **Availability to work on-site during peak event periods (May-September 2025)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
