IT Intern

**Job Title**: IT Intern
**Department**: IT & System Support

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining IT and karaoke systems.
- Support installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
- Provide basic technical support to staff and outlets.
- Help with system updates, documentation, and asset tracking.
- Assist in ad-hoc IT projects and outlet setups.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (ongoing).
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware/software is an advantage.
- **Willing to learn and proactive.**:

- Able to work on-site when required.
