Boutique Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in the boutique, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Attend to customer inquiries, both in-person and online, promptly and professionally.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Online Sales**:

- Manage online sales platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Pack and ship online sales orders, ensuring items are securely packaged and shipped promptly.
- Reply to customer queries through online channels, providing accurate and helpful information.
- **Live Streaming (TikTok Live)**:

- Conduct live streaming sessions to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and interact with online customers.
- Engage with the audience during live sessions to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Note: Experience in TikTok Live is an added advantage, and commission opportunities are available for successful live sales.
- **Boutique Maintenance**:

- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Ensure all merchandise is neatly displayed and properly stocked.
- **Event Participation**:

- Work in pop-up booths during special occasions, promoting our products and engaging with customers.
- Be flexible to work extended hours during pop-up events, with overtime pay provided.
- **Discipline and Reliability**:

- Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled working hours.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and staying updated with industry trends.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during special events.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
