**Responsibilities**:

- Promote our product delivery, express delivery to the customer knowledge.
- Be attentive, serving & assist customers.
- Responsible for the company’s daily shop operations.
- Packaging of goods for online orders and arrange delivery of relevant.
- Ensuring the store is clean and tidy, and that products are priced and displayed.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly.
- Handling the arrival of stocks, arrange and do stock counts.
- Other retail-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Education: SPM and above.
- At least (1) year of experience in related field
- Fresh graduates or high school leavers with high level of enthusiastic and responsibility also welcome and will be given on job training.
- A genuine passion for the retail industry.
- Well-grooming, cheerful and well-adapt to environment easily.
- Good communication skills and self-motivated.
- Active, hard-working, cheerful and honest.
- Teamwork & Independent depends on the job requirement on-hand.
- **Malaysian Citizen ONLY**:

- **Able to start work IMMEDIATELY.**
Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Entitled for overtime payment.
Work Location: JDX By Smuz Concept Store, Quill City Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM5.00 per hour
