**Requirements**:

- Filing/Document management
- Packing and Sorting

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the efficient day to day warehouse operations, proper planning of picking, packing and organizing storage area for neat and easy retrieval.
- Manage inventory accuracy and timely issuance of goods to productions floor and outbound deliveries.
- Compliance SOP and maintain 5S, good housekeeping, safety and security at the warehouse.
- Ensure all activities recorded and timely data entry update into system.
- Regular execution of cycle count and stock take activities according to schedule and update of transaction.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and delivery and delivery discrepancy, and corrective action taken to rectify mistakes on timely basis.
- Organize waste management of scrap materials and crates disposal.
- Continuously look for and suggest ways for improvement to enhance business performance.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ Management from time to time.
