As a Personal Trainer at Believe Fitness Gym, you will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness training to clients, guiding them through their fitness journey, and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition to training, you will be required to meet monthly sales targets by promoting personal training packages and gym memberships to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Personalized Training: Design and deliver customized training programs based on clients’ goals, fitness levels, and preferences. Provide one-on-one training sessions that are motivational, educational, and effective.
- Client Support: Offer ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to clients during their fitness journey. Provide nutritional advice, monitor progress, and adjust programs as needed.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets for personal training packages. Promote and upsell additional services to clients.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Engage with potential clients through consultations, fitness assessments, and other promotional activities to generate leads and convert them into training clients.
- Customer Service & Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they stay committed to their training programs. Focus on client retention and satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ongoing follow-up.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, session notes, and progress reports. Ensure all sales and service data is updated regularly in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and gym staff to provide a cohesive, motivating environment for all members. Participate in gym events, challenges, and promotions to drive engagement.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
