Manage all aspects of building management services, delivery, processes and system efficiently and effectively for our clients.
- To Manager and plan maintenance technician teams work schedule by priority
- Ensuring smooth day to day functioning of retail store, facilitating good environment for retailers’ business activities and pleasant shopping environment for shoppers.
- Conduct tenants orientation meetings, which covering ground rules and policy, communication system, emergency procedures, security procedures and other procedures.
- Establishes liaison with local Government bodies and all important Municipal Emergency i.e PDRM, Bomba, Paramedic Service and etc.
- Prepare plan and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant department heads and follow up on quality execution.
- Maintain and monitor procedures and records to relating to building structure, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Prepare maintenance of the service charge budget and expenditure.
- Ensure all overall structure and machinery is being effectively and efficiently maintain by third party contractors in accordance with the maintenance schedule and all records are accurately maintained.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance program for all mechanical / electrical, audio, video / PA system, CCTV and etc.

**Job requirements**:

- At least 5 years of hands on working experience in facilities and building maintenance field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good personality and analytical skills.
- Willing to work at Night Shift (4.00pm to 3.00am)
- Fast Food/ F& B knowledge or experience will be an added advantage.
