We are on the hunt for a warehouse & logistic admin to provide assistance and support the strong growth of smart security lock sales and installation, our technicians and warehouse. Responsibilities: i. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). ii. Receive and process warehouse inventory items (pick, unload, label, store). iii. Preparation of warehouse, logistics documentations iv. Delivery Order, Goods Return Note, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Courier Consignment Note etc. v. Ensure non-conformance of incoming goods are reported and recorded. vi. Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date. vii. Daily update - Stock card viii. Weekly update '“ inventory report ix. Ensure all warehouse, logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate. x. Perform quarterly/yearly stock count activities. xi. Maintain good housekeeping of warehouse to ensure workplace safety. xii. Coordinate products hardware warranty RMA process. xiii. Coordinate office maintenance activity. xiv. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements: i. Academic Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma ii. Language Proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin iii. Professional Experience: At least having 1 year or above experience working as a warehouse executive iv. Technical & Management Skills: Strong Organizational and administrative skills, inventory control, attention to details, impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills v. Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Good attitude, responsible, discipline, willing to travel if necessary
