**Your Responsibilities**
- Bridge language gaps between two or more individuals/parties by through language interpretation over the phone/on video
- Log interactions in our company system
- Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement
- Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement

**Your Qualifications**:

- Be a fun individual who genuinely wants to help people
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese
- Willing to work a flexible schedule **(rotational shift, and/or weekends, and/or night shift)**
